Booking Rules & Procedures

  1. Family Only Rental. Rentals are for families only; a marriage certificate and civil IDs for both spouses must be presented.
  2. No Show Policy. If the family does not show up, the chalet may be re-rented for the same dates; paid amounts are non-refundable.
  3. Full Payment Deadline. Full payment is due no later than five days before the booking date. Failure to pay cancels the reservation and forfeits all payments.
  4. Postponement / Chalet Change. Notify at least 4 days before booking for changes (fee: 100 KWD). No changes within 3 days of booking.
  5. Non Refundable in Force Majeure. Fees are non-refundable in cases of death or force majeure (wars, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
  6. Personal Belongings. The company is not responsible for loss of personal property.
  7. Noise & Parties Prohibited. Loud sound equipment and parties are forbidden.
  8. Prohibited Materials. No banned, harmful, or illegal substances.
  9. No Pets. Animals are not allowed; deposit is forfeited upon violation.
  10. Inspection Acknowledgment. Guests acknowledge having inspected the chalet and its contents.
  11. Reporting Damages. Report any malfunctions or damage promptly.
  12. Minimum Deduction Amount. Minimum security deposit deduction is 20 KWD.
  13. Dirty Sofas. Full deposit deduction for soiled sofas.
  14. Kitchen Cleanliness. Unclean kitchens/utensils incur cleaning fees.
  15. Excessive Dirt / Neglect. Fees of 50 to 100 KWD for excessive dirt or neglect.
  16. Liability Disclaimer. The company is not liable for injury or death during the stay.
  17. Security Deposit. 100 KWD deposit, returned within 48 hours after checkout if no damages.
  18. Unclaimed Deposit. Forfeited if not claimed within 5 days after departure.
  19. Family Responsibility. Head of family ensures all members comply; pool cleaning fee due to bad weather: 30 KWD.
  20. Return Condition. Chalet must be returned in original condition; repair costs apply.
  21. Public Decorum. Proper etiquette in pool and sea.
  22. No Cancellation / Refund. Bookings are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
  23. Damage Beyond Deposit. Legal action may be taken for excess damages.
  24. Checkout Time. Vacate by 12:00 PM on departure date.
  25. Late Checkout Penalty. Full deposit forfeiture for late checkout.
  26. Right of Entry. Company may repossess chalet if not vacated.
  27. Breach of Rules. Violation may lead to cancellation or eviction without refund.
  28. Pool Water Change. Optional service at 50 KWD.
  29. Late Night Entry Fee. Entry after 11:00 PM: 30 KWD fee.
  30. Equipment Rental. Rented equipment must be maintained; damage costs deducted.
  31. Major Damage Claims. Claims in court for damages over 100 KWD.
  32. Pool Hygiene Rules. Shower before pool; no food or drinks, creams, or lotions; supervise children; deposit forfeited for contamination.
  33. Formal Handover Required. Guests must hand over the chalet to the company or its staff at checkout; failure to do so results in full deposit forfeiture.
