Failure to pay cancels the reservation and forfeits all payments.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Postponement \/ Chalet Change.<\/strong> Notify at least 4 days before booking for changes (fee: 100 KWD). No changes within 3 days of booking.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Non Refundable in Force Majeure.<\/strong> Fees are non-refundable in cases of death or force majeure (wars, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Personal Belongings.<\/strong> The company is not responsible for loss of personal property.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Noise &amp; Parties Prohibited.<\/strong> Loud sound equipment and parties are forbidden.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Prohibited Materials.<\/strong> No banned, harmful, or illegal substances.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>No Pets.<\/strong> Animals are not allowed; deposit is forfeited upon violation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Inspection Acknowledgment.<\/strong> Guests acknowledge having inspected the chalet and its contents.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Reporting Damages.<\/strong> Report any malfunctions or damage promptly.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Minimum Deduction Amount.<\/strong> Minimum security deposit deduction is 20 KWD.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Dirty Sofas.<\/strong> Full deposit deduction for soiled sofas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Kitchen Cleanliness.<\/strong> Unclean kitchens\/utensils incur cleaning fees.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Excessive Dirt \/ Neglect.<\/strong> Fees of 50 to 100 KWD for excessive dirt or neglect.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Liability Disclaimer.<\/strong> The company is not liable for injury or death during the stay.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Security Deposit.<\/strong> 100 KWD deposit, returned within 48 hours after checkout if no damages.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Unclaimed Deposit.<\/strong> Forfeited if not claimed within 5 days after departure.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Family Responsibility.<\/strong> Head of family ensures all members comply; pool cleaning fee due to bad weather: 30 KWD.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Return Condition.<\/strong> Chalet must be returned in original condition; repair costs apply.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Public Decorum.<\/strong> Proper etiquette in pool and sea.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>No Cancellation \/ Refund.<\/strong> Bookings are non-cancelable and non-refundable.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Damage Beyond Deposit.<\/strong> Legal action may be taken for excess damages.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Checkout Time.<\/strong> Vacate by 12:00 PM on departure date.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Late Checkout Penalty.<\/strong> Full deposit forfeiture for late checkout.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Right of Entry.<\/strong> Company may repossess chalet if not vacated.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Breach of Rules.<\/strong> Violation may lead to cancellation or eviction without refund.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Pool Water Change.<\/strong> Optional service at 50 KWD.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Late Night Entry Fee.<\/strong> Entry after 11:00 PM: 30 KWD fee.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Equipment Rental.<\/strong> Rented equipment must be maintained; damage costs deducted.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Major Damage Claims.<\/strong> Claims in court for damages over 100 KWD.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Pool Hygiene Rules.<\/strong> Shower before pool; no food or drinks, creams, or lotions; supervise children; deposit forfeited for contamination.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0.5em 0;\"><strong>Formal Handover Required.<\/strong> Guests must hand over the chalet to the company or its staff at checkout;
